Terms of use

Trinca is a poker game to play with friends and with the community, in the browser. By using Trinca, you agree to these terms.
1. It's a game, not gambling
- Trinca is social and free.
- Chips have no value. They can't be bought, sold, exchanged for money or prizes, or cashed out.
- Using Trinca to bet money or anything of value on the side (for example, arranging payments based on table results) is forbidden.
2. Who can use it
- To have an account (ranking, public tables and tournaments) you must be 16 or older. By creating the account you confirm this.
- Guests joining a friends' table don't need an account, and the invitation is the inviter's responsibility.
3. Account
- You sign in with Google. The account is yours and personal, and each person should have only one.
- You can delete your account whenever you want, inside the app (see Privacy).
4. Conduct
So everyone can have fun, you may not:
- offend, harass or threaten other players (including through the name you choose);
- cheat, use programs that play for you or exploit bugs in the game;
- collude with another player to harm the table;
- have several accounts.
If you find a problem or a player breaking these rules, use "Report a problem" in the app or write to [email protected].
5. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that doesn't follow these terms, with or without notice, when needed to protect the community.
6. The service may change
Trinca is offered as is, with no guarantee that it will always be online or free of errors. We may change, pause or end the service, and delete game and ranking data, for example in a new version or during maintenance.
7. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use Trinca after that means you accept the new version.
