Delete your Trinca account

This is the account deletion page for the Trinca app (Google Play and web).
How to delete, in the app
- Open Trinca and sign in with your Google account.
- Open your profile.
- Tap "Delete my account" and then "Confirm: delete my account".
For safety, if you signed in a long time ago, the app asks you to sign in with Google again before deleting.
Can't sign in?
Email [email protected] from the account's email address asking to delete it. We delete it within 15 days.
What is deleted
- Your email, name and photo: removed right away.
- The avatar and look you chose for the account.
- All logins (sessions) on all devices.
The account becomes "Jogador removido" (Removed player) and nobody can sign in to it anymore.
What is kept
- Game numbers tied only to the now-anonymous account (chips, hand history and ranking), with no name, email or photo: nobody can tell who you are.
- Database backups: kept for up to about a month and then discarded. Your deleted data may be in them until then.
- Problem reports you sent: kept until solved and then for a short time.
- Security and abuse records (for example, blocks for abuse): may be kept for a limited time, only to protect the community.
