Here is, in plain words, what Trinca keeps about you (under Brazil's data protection law, LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). We don't sell any data and we don't use third-party tracking.
What we keep and why
- Google account data (only if you sign in with Google): name, email and a photo, coming from Google. They identify you, show your name at the table and let us reach you if needed. You choose the name shown at tables.
- Device identifier: a random code stored in your browser, so you get back to the same seat if your connection drops and one person can't take two seats.
- IP address: used only for usage limits and security (for example, blocking too many requests). It's not used for anything else.
- Hand history: the hands you played, for your profile, the ranking and the deck verification. We never show anyone's hidden cards.
- Problem reports: the text you write, device data and the latest errors and, if you allow it, a screenshot. They help us fix the problem.
- Anonymous counts: how many people open Trinca, tap "Play" and "Install", and whether they open it from the browser, the installed app or the Play Store app. They're totals, not linked to you.
Cookies
We only use the cookie needed to keep you signed in (session). We don't use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, so we don't show a cookie banner. If that changes, we'll say so here first.
How long
- A session lasts 30 days of use; after that you sign in again.
- Empty tables are deleted after a few hours.
- Account data stays while the account exists. When you delete the account, the email and name are removed right away.
- Problem reports stay until they're solved and then for a short time for reference.
- Database backups are kept for up to about a month and then discarded; so deleted data may remain in backups for that time.
Who we share with
Nobody, for commercial purposes. We use Google for sign-in, and Cloudflare and the server provider to keep Trinca online and store backups. We may hand over data if an authority requires it by law.
Your rights
- Delete your account: in the app, open your profile and tap "Delete my account".
- To ask for a copy of your data, correct it or ask questions: write to [email protected]. We answer within 15 days.
Children and teenagers
Accounts are only for people 16 or older. If we find an account of someone younger, it's deleted.
Changes
If we change something important here, the date at the top changes and, when it applies, we let you know in the app.
